On December 4, 2017, Akari Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated Robert Shaw’s employment by the Company as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Company Secretary without cause. Mr. Shaw will remain employed by the Company until January 3, 2018.
